Dollhouse - Day 2

Cut 2x2's and framed the dollhouse.

To assemble the frame, I drilled pilot holes as well as a 1/4" set hole so I could sink my screws below the level of the 2x2.  After assembling the dollhouse I will fill all screw holes and gaps with wood putty and then paint the frame.

House framed, but not square.  Used cheap 2x2's and some of them warped in my 100 degree garage this summer.

Dollhouse project.

Working with my 3 year-old daugher to make a dollhouse using plans I found on www.ana-white.com (see plans).  Having a 3 year-old "help" build anything makes the project at least 10 times longer, but she is having fun taking credit for my work.

Day 1: Cut and sand plywood floors and interior walls.
